1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Mayhem World app ("Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. User Conduct & Content Standards

You serve as a member of our community. You agree NOT to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
• Depicts violence, illegal acts, or extreme cruelty.
• Constitutes hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights of others.
• Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or unlawful activities.

3. Content Moderation & Reporting

To ensure user safety, Mayhem World implements the following measures:

• Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag objectable content or abusive users directly within the app using the "Report" button found on all user-generated content.
• Blocking: Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interaction.
• Review Process: All reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Violating content is removed immediately.
• Termination: Users found violating this policy are subject to immediate account suspension or permanent banning.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The Application offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Event tickets purchased through the platform are processed via third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) in accordance with Apple's guidelines for real-world event tickets. Physical merchandise purchases are also available through the Application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Mayhem World disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
