How do the ticket fees work?
Fees are charged per ticket sold. Free tier: 5% + $1, Pro: 3% + $0.50, Enterprise: 1% + $0.25. Much lower than Eventbrite’s 3.7% + $1.79.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription anytime with no penalties. Your events will remain active on the Free tier.
What’s included in SMS/email campaigns?
Send promotional campaigns to your subscribers directly from the platform. Pro includes unlimited SMS, Enterprise includes advanced segmentation and automation.
Do you take a cut of bottle service sales?
No. You earn $25 for every bottle service sold through the platform. We only charge the subscription fee — never a cut of your bottle sales.
