By accessing or using Mayhem World Entertainment ("Mayhem Buzz", "the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Mayhem Buzz. The App contains user-generated content that may include content related to age-restricted events, entertainment, and social activities.

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Your Content

Mayhem Buzz allows you to post, upload, and share content including text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Mayhem World Entertainment a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

3.2 Content Standards

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material not authorized by Mayhem
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains false or misleading information
• Violates any local, state, federal, or international law

3.3 Content Moderation

Mayhem World Entertainment reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms of Service. We employ both automated systems and human moderators to enforce our content policies.

Users can report inappropriate content using the "Report" feature available on all posts. We will review reported content within 24-48 hours and take appropriate action.

• Be Respectful: Treat all community members with respect and courtesy
• Stay Safe: Never share personal information like addresses or phone numbers publicly
• Be Authentic: Use your real identity and don't create fake accounts
• Support Local: Promote Atlanta's event and entertainment community positively
• Report Issues: If you see something inappropriate, report it immediately

5. Account Termination

Mayhem World Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Posting prohibited content
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Any activity that harms the platform or community

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Mayhem Buzz require payment, including:

• Event ticket purchases
• VIP section bookings
• Premium promoter tools
• AI content generation credits

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe). Refund policies vary by service type and are clearly stated at time of purchase.

Note: In-app purchases made through the iOS App Store are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mayhem Buzz (excluding User Content) are owned by Mayhem World Entertainment and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Mayhem World Entertainment name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Mayhem World Entertainment.

Your use of Mayhem Buzz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Account information (name, email, profile data)
• Usage data and analytics
• Location data (for event discovery)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MAYHEM WORLD ENTERTAINMENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Mayhem World Entertainment is not responsible for:

• User-generated content or actions of other users
• Third-party events, venues, or promoters listed on the platform
• Loss of data or content
• Unauthorized access to your account

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAYHEM WORLD ENTERTAINMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
